KUDO’s conferencing and live-interpretation products serve the European Parliament, Interpol, NATO, and the United Nations, anywhere many languages have to be in conversation at once. As the company grew through COVID, it needed research to match.
There was no research practice, so I built one and made it something the teams could keep using: a moderated testing kit the design and localization groups could run on their own. I worked across every product team, consulting, designing, and running research wherever it was needed, including evaluating an AI glossary assistant for interpreters and using what I learned to shape where it went next.
